About Us PRS roofing is the installation arm of Permanent Roofing Systems Inc, the only Québec manufacturer of aluminum shingles. We install aluminum; stone coated steel, and vertical steel panels in and around Montréal. Permanent Roofing Systems Inc. was founded in 1996 by Paul Grizenko. He was looking for a business opportunity, and when he saw a demonstration of a four-way interlocking roofing shingle system that was guaranteed for fifty years, he was impressed. It was made by a company in Western Canada who had been making these aluminum shingles since the seventies. When offered the chance to buy the manufacturing equipment of that company, he jumped at it. PRS Roofing shares its headquarters with Permanent Roofing Systems Inc, which has been operating from the same location here in Dorval since 1997. During this time, Paul has been gradually gathering together a team of like-minded individuals who all share the goal of offering homeowners in the Montreal area a first-class permanent solution to all their roofing needs. It’s the quality of our installations that makes the real difference and now that we have added both Allmet and Macwest products we can offer homeowners the right metal roofing solution.
